Cream Cheese & Ranch Dip? Would it taste good?

I would like to make a cream cheese based dip for this 4th of July weekend... to dip veggies in. I don't want to include lots of ingredients. Do you think that mixing enough ranch dressing to taste.... mixing that with cream cheese would make a good dip.. or would it taste gross? If you have a very simple cream cheese dip, share the recipe/link/etc. Thank you so much!
