When will it come? Girls only!!!!?

I'm turning 12 in 2 weeks and I'm flat. I've had discharge for over 3 months but every time I c it it's dry and old? My mom had her first period right after she turned 11 and had painful cramps. She's old and has stopped now. She got me some pads to take to cheer camp so I have some just in case. I am a cheerleader so I work out alot so is that the problem? I get a lot of headaches and some cramps randomly. Am I going to get my period soon? Also I have no bOobs whatsoever! I wear a cupped bra 1 so they look bigger and 2 cause I have really big breast nipples:( sorry kinda gross:) am I ever going to grow and get my period? Please help!
